These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of services provided by Cork Taxi & Tours, including Cork Airport transfers, private airport taxi services, and golf transport services.

By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided

Cork Taxi & Tours provides:

  • Private Cork Airport transfers

  • Taxi services to and from Cork Airport

  • Pre-booked airport taxi services in Cork

  • Golf transport and golf tour transport services

 

All services are provided on a pre-booked basis only.

 

2. Booking & Confirmation

​

  • All airport transfers and golf transport services must be pre-booked via phone or email.

  • A booking is considered confirmed once agreed directly with Cork Taxi & Tours.

  • Customers must provide accurate details including pickup time, location, destination, and (where applicable) flight information.

​

Failure to provide accurate details may affect service delivery.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

​

  • Pricing is agreed at the time of booking.

  • Prices may vary depending on distance, time, and service requirements.

  • Payment terms will be confirmed during booking.

 

Cork Taxi & Tours reserves the right to adjust pricing if incorrect or incomplete booking details are provided.

 

4. Flight Delays & Waiting Time

For Cork Airport pickups:

  • We monitor flight arrival times where flight details are provided.

  • Reasonable waiting time is included for airport pickups.

  • Excessive delays without prior notice may result in additional charges or service cancellation.

 

Customers must inform us as soon as possible of any significant travel changes.

5. Cancellations

Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations should be made as early as possible.

  • Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • No-shows may be charged in full.

Service Cancellations

 

Cork Taxi & Tours reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Vehicle breakdown

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

 

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternatives where possible.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

 

Passengers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time

  • Treat the vehicle and driver with respect

  • Ensure children are accompanied and supervised

  • Follow Irish road safety regulations

 

Cork Taxi & Tours reserves the right to refuse service to passengers displaying unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

 

7. Luggage & Golf Equipment

 

Passengers must inform us in advance of:

  • Excess luggage

  • Large items

  • Golf bags and equipment

 

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate luggage requirements where prior notice is given.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

While we aim to provide punctual and reliable airport transfer services in Cork, Cork Taxi & Tours shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events

  • Missed flights due to circumstances beyond our control

  • Indirect or consequential losses

 

Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
